Q: Is Autoclave Depot an original equipment manufacturer company?

A: Yes we are a genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supplier.

Order Status

Q: How do I know my order was shipped?

A: You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your order ships out.

Q: Why haven't I received an received e-mail confirmation once after I ordered?

A: In most cases if you aren't seeing your order in your inbox it is most likely in your spam box. An automated e-mail is sent out every time for each order. If you are still having difficulty finding your e-mail order confirmation, please contact us at support@autoclavedepot.com or call us at (800) 510-8546​.

Q: Why haven't I received an e-mail with my orders tracking information?

A: All orders process on average within 2 to 3 day business days or less. If you need something expedited, please contact us at support@autoclavedepot.com or call us at (631) 346-0975. You will receive an e-mail with tracking confirmation as soon as your order is processed.

Shipping & Returns

Q: What shipping service does Autoclave Depot use?

A: Fedex

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) What is not refundable is any medical equipment, and/or orders that exceed 90 days from delivery.

Q: How do I submit for a return?

A: If applicable you may submit your request to the Return Center here.

A: Autoclave Depot primarily ships to the United States but also ships to Canada & Puerto Rico.

A: Yes, we have a team of experts with decades of combined experience in autoclaves.

Q: Can Dental Professionals buy Midmark products?

A. Please note, that as an authorized dealer for Midmark, Autoclave Depot is not allowed to sell to dental professionals. We do an address check on every order. If you do place an order anyway, and we fail to see it, please note that Midmark will only covers parts and not​ labor.

Q: Is their any precautions in purchasing a refurbished autoclave?

Due to the volatile nature and limited stock of refurbished units, stock may quickly sell out, and website inventory is updated weekly.

A: United States Currency (USD).

 Q: What forms of payment does Autoclave Depot accept?

A. We accept all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay & Pay Pal.

 Q: Can I pay my order my check?

Yes, you can place your order by check. Purchasing by check does take longer to process. When we receive the check by mail and it clears is when we process the order.

 Q: Can I pay for my order with Autoclave Depot by Purchase Order?

A. We only allow for purchase orders for School and Government. A purchase offers these types of organizations to pay within 30 days.
